Bev West helped us find our first (and current) home, which we love, at a price we could afford, in a neighborhood that is perfect for our young family. She was flexible with our strange schedules (newborn) and never acted bothered by our price range or desire to see many houses. We briefly worked with another real estate agent before Bev who did not treat us well, we felt, because of our somewhat lower-end price range for a home. Once we found Bev, we found an agent who cared about our needs. She came to the hospital to see our 2nd son after he was born, and she even handled some arrangements with a home inspector on our behalf just hours after our son's arrival.
