Managing Broker & Owner of West Realty, Bev is a Colorado native with 20+ years of real estate experience. She was named 2018-2019 Realtor of the Year and received the Excellence in Client Service award in 2021.
She has gained valuable experience working with three different real estate companies including a local builder, serving as a member of the Agent Leadership Council, a Founding Member of Women’s Council of Realtors Northern Colorado, working in partnership with Habitat for Humanity in seeking affordable housing, participating in yearly fund-raiser events, and donating her time to several local community events and fundraisers.
Bev knows the worry, fear, and anxiety that comes with selling or purchasing a house, understanding it’s generally the greatest financial transaction for the majority. Having been a form landlord, buying and selling investment properties, executing 1031 exchanges, and running a small company, she understands the magnitude of her fiduciary responsibilities and takes it seriously, leaving no space for excuses.
Bev and her husband, George, have been married for 50 years and are proud parents of Mike and Stephanie, as well as the grandparents of five grandkids. They enjoy traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
